"La aplicación siempre me pide que haga log in, pero no me permite bajar las ediciones. Además, escribí en "Feedback", pero el email no llega a GFR Media, por lo que no veo solución por el momento. Desinstalé la aplicación y estoy pensando en cancelar mi suscripción. Decepcionante. Servicio al cliente de El Nuevo Día confirma que mi suscripción incluye acceso al ePaper, pero no saben porque la aplicación no baja las ediciones y siempre me pide que me logee. Tienen que arreglar esta aplicación."
